paneer paratha recipe

Ingredients - Paneer (250gm)
                         Red Chilli powder 
                         ( 1 TSP )
                         Salt ( as per taste) 
                          Garam masala (half                                teaspoon)
                          Wheat flour (500gm)
                             Chopped Coriander
                             Chaat masala(1/2 
                              TSP)
                             Oil , water ,cumin 
                             powder (1tsp)
                             Butter or ghee as 
                             per choice
  Procedure - First take a wheat flour and water add some pinch of salt make smooth dough after that keep it rest for 15 minutes 
Next step -For stuffing of paratha take paneer clean with water and then grate it add red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, add salt according to taste, then finely chopped coriander, chaat masala.
Mix this well and take that grate paneer will not be sticky 
After that take a dough of wheat flour make a balls of it and then add paneer stuffing and again make a ball 
Roll that ball of Stuffing take care that it should not break 
After that take non stick pan add ghee or oil or butter as per your choice
And then put rolled paratha and add some oil or ghee or butter as per your choice bake it properly from all side of circle and then make sure don't over bake it.
Serve your paratha with pickle, curd as you wish
