Ingredients- 250gm onion, gram flour 250gm, salt, cumin, red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, rice flour, water, oil. Method- Take onion cut roughly Take bowl add gram flour, add red chilli powder 1tsp, add salt as per taste, add cumin 1/4tsp, rice flour 3tsp, chaat masala 1/4tsp, water. Add some water mix the mixture in the bowl take care no lumbs should create Mix properly Take utensils add oil for frying bhajji. Heat the oil . After oil heat add the mixture of bhajji with spoon properly Take care bhajji should not break. Cooked bhajji as it turns brown Don't make bhajji burn Serve bhajji with green chutney or imli chutney.
