Onion bhajji

Ingredients- 250gm onion, gram flour 250gm, salt, cumin, red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, rice flour, water, oil. Method- Take onion cut roughly  Take bowl add gram flour, add red chilli powder 1tsp, add salt as per taste, add cumin 1/4tsp, rice flour 3tsp, chaat masala 1/4tsp, water. Add some water mix the mixture in the bowl take care no lumbs should create  Mix properly  Take utensils add oil for frying bhajji. Heat the oil . After oil heat add the mixture of bhajji with spoon properly  Take care bhajji should not break. Cooked bhajji as it turns brown  Don't make bhajji burn Serve bhajji with green chutney or imli chutney. Thankyou

Bread Pakora

Ingredients - Bread, gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, garam masala, rice flour cumin.   Method- First take a bowl add 250gm of gram flour, add 1tsp of red chilli powder , salt as per taste, add turmeric 1/4 tsp ,  chaat masala 1/4 tsp, rice flour  3tsp, cumin 1/4. Add water mix it and make a batter take care no lumps should be create. Add oil 1/4 tsp Mix the batter properly. Take bread and cut it half in triangle shape. Dip bread slices in batter  After you dip . Take oil in utensils heat oil and put dip bread slices and fry in shallow . After that take bread pakora. Serve bread pakora with tomato sauce or green chutney Thankyou.

Bread Omlette

Ingredients - Two eggs, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper(capsicum), salt, black pepper, four slice of bread, oil (1tsp)  Method-First take two eggs and bowl bit the eggs in the bowl. Then chopped (tomato, onion, green pepper) Mix it. Add some salt as per taste Add pinch of black pepper  After that take a fry pan in a stove heat the pan add oil 1teaspoon  Next add mix egg which we have made in bowl  Put 4 slice of bread one by one on Omlette.  Cook it for 2 - 3 minutes Flip the Omlette carefully because it will break and make cut in between in four parts . For each bread slice  Serve your bread Omlette with tomato sauce or Schezwan chutney   Thankyou.
